I was born in Kingston, moved away to Sarnia and Calgary, then came back (family too) for my undergrad at Queen's and I was just there over the holidays! (And will be moving back in the summer, then hopefully doing my doctorate at Queen's).
And here I thought that it was only myself, my sister and two of her friends in the whole greater Kingston area who liked tenipuri! That's awesome. *is terribly amused*
You don't know how amazing this is (well, you probably do, but still). I'm going to be going for my Rn in September, so I'll be here for at least 4 years. That'll be amazing if you move back!
I haven't come across anyone else here that watches anything other than the garbage that is force-fed to the kids here (though Josh is slowly converting most of the kids in his class to Pokemon (not really unknown but hardly anyone in his class watched it till he came around)& FMA (though he did try to get them into KKM but most parents don't like the fact that their kids would have to watch it in Japanese while I have a hard time watching dubs and now he's the same way).
Wow, I am doing some serious rambling now. I do have to go now though and take him to the doctor. You were born in Kingston, this is GREAT!
